The Consequences of Abortion

This past Friday, I intended a prayer session during the 40 Days for Life Movement. During this prayer, we stood and prayed out front of an abortion clinic in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. One moment really stood out to me during this event. There was a man standing outside of the clinic, and at first I assumed that he worked there. Later on, however, he walked up to us and asked if we had seen a lady with curly black hair enter the clinic. We later discovered that this was his partner, who was about to get an abortion contrary to his objections. Although we never knew if the lady got the abortion or not, the moment stands to show that abortion can affect more than just the mother. Abortion also affects everyone else involved with the baby, including the father and the baby itself.

While we had some angry people screaming at us in their cars as they drove by, we also saw great support for our cause and our mission. Multiple people attended the prayer session with me, and I was able to tell them about our great Christian organization, The Moral Coalition.

Abortion is the leading killer in the world, and it is imperative that we pray against it and wish for everyone to return to Christian values.
